    Why did you start Luv My Sleep?

    Crystal had worked in the sleep industry up until starting a family and now that her time is freeing up a bit, she is back at educating people around the best sleep innovations, & products!

    What do you avoid in order to get a solid night's rest?

    Food after 7pm and any technology in bed before I hit the hay.   Also, not having caffiene at all... It really isn't good for you.  I said it.  If you must have a cup of coffee, or any other stimulant, then have them before 12pm in the day.  ~Crystal, Founder Luv My Sleep.

    What is your #1 sleep tip?

    I actually have 2!  Exercise in the day, and eat healthy.  An ample amount of fresh air with movement will make a big difference to your sleep, and a good healthy consumption of healthy low processed foods will also help...
